ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Regional Service Manager at BYD Australia Pty Ltd - Macquarie Park Office you will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership across the BYD Dealer Network. The role is responsible for fostering strong network partnerships guiding future service capacity planning ensuring adherence to dealership standards and driving continuous improvement in customer experience outcomes. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding brand integrity while enabling sustainable network growth and performance this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Assessing Aftersales capacity and facility plans to ensure alignment with company standards and long-term strategic objectives.
Working closely with assigned Dealers to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining overall operational standards and compliance.
Conducting regular on-site visits to dealerships and providing Aftersales support as required.
Driving continuous improvement in customer experience service retention and loyalty across each service centre.
Supporting and guiding service centres in the implementation of company policies and procedures.
Managing and overseeing customer complaints and special incidents within the region.
PERFORMANCE GOALS:
Future Network Capacity & Planning
NPS / Customer satisfaction and Service Retention.
Dealership customer experience and loyalty.
Implementation of BYD policies & standards.
Achievement of relevant business KPIs.
Implement Service Quality project deliverables.
Develop Dealership action plans to deliver improvements where required.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous OEM experience in Aftersales Sales or Network Development.
Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically while upholding company service standards and brand integrity.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders providing consultative support across complex or large-scale operational areas.
Adaptable proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to travel within the allocated region (State/District).
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Diploma or degree in Business or a related discipline preferred but not essential.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Teams SharePoint and Outlook.
