The Role:

MCA Engineering is seeking an experienced Airleg Miner Supervisor to join our team on an underground mining project in Broken Hill. This is a key leadership role suited to someone with strong underground and drilling experience who leads by example and puts safety first.

In this supervisory position you will oversee airleg mining operations within an underground shaft environment ensuring work is completed safely efficiently and to a high standard.

About You:

Proven airleg mining and drilling experience
Demonstrated underground mine shaft experience
Previous supervisory or leading hand experience
Working at Heights and EWP certificates
Strong safety focus and leadership skills
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A testing

Roster & Conditions

FIFO or DIDO
12.5-hour shifts days and nights
1 week on / 1 week off roster
