Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences at our No35 Restaurant.
As part of our leadership team you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant ensuring the highest standards of service quality and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the restaurant team in providing seamless professional and personalised service.
- Assist with training coaching and motivating team members to achieve excellence.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards policies and procedures.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor to anticipate and exceed guest needs.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism ensuring prompt resolution.
- Oversee daily operations including staff allocation reservations and service flow.
- Assist with stock control ordering and cost management.
Qualifications :
- Previous Hotel experience is desirable
- A current RSA
- 12 years in a supervisory or team-leader role
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including weekends and public holidays
