The ideal Banquets F&B Supervisor will lead our Ladies and Gentlemen during event service ensuring seamless execution and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This dynamic and rewarding role requires a high level of flexibility strong organisational skills attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing multiple events within a luxury environment.

Position Summary:
- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and supervise banquet service periods ensuring exceptional service delivery across meetings conferences weddings and special events
- Coordinate event setup service and breakdown in accordance with banquet event orders and guest expectations
- Create memorable moments for our guests throughout their event experience ensuring every detail is delivered with precision and care
- Be an empowering leader by providing motivation guidance and support to your departments Ladies and Gentlemen
- Liaise closely with the culinary events and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of all functions
- Ensure banquet spaces are presented stocked and maintained to the highest luxury standards at all times
- Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks including event preparation service and post-event procedures
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients and event organisers delivering legendary service and encouraging repeat business
- Plan and support team-building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets
About You:
- An up-to-date RSA
- Relevant experience in a supervisory role
- Working rights in Australia
