ROLE OVERVIEW:

Sales and Operations Planning

Works closely with Brand and Trade Marketing teams to translate marketing strategies into detailed operational activities for optimized execution across sales channels
Drives achievement of annual business targets through monthly reviews of sales and marketing plans for assigned brands
Identifies and addresses short-term sales gaps and other business challenges through cross-functional collaboration


Marketing Program Development and Execution
Translates brand strategic imperatives into impactful in-store and direct-to-consumer programs
Sets clear program objectives and measures ensuring timely planning execution and post-evaluation of marketing initiatives
Collaborates with Trade Marketing Local and Area Business Teams to develop tools that address market and consumer gaps
Leads business decisions by recommending actions to deliver sales and market share targets across brands and areas in scope


Spending Effectiveness
Manages company resources prudently ensuring cost efficiencies and reasonable business returns for all marketing programs handled
Reviews spending plans and program performance to maximize ROI and impact


QUALIFICATIONS:


Graduate of a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or a related field
With at least 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Marketing Operations Brand Management or a similar role
Willing to travel frequently for fieldwork and area-specific business needs
Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior
Creative problem-solving abilities and strong project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities
Excellent attention to detail and time management
A growth mindset proactive approach and bias for action in a dynamic and agile environment
