Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Reconditioning Manager to lead and oversee our reconditioning operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of automotive interior exterior paint and dent repair processes who can drive quality efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day automotive reconditioning operations
- Lead train and oversee reconditioning technicians across interior exterior paint and dent repair
- Set and maintain quality standards to ensure consistent high-level workmanship
- Schedule workflow prioritize jobs and meet production timelines
- Inspect completed work for quality control and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes productivity and profitability
- Maintain a clean organized and safe shop environment
- Assist with hands-on reconditioning work when needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive reconditioning management
- Strong technical knowledge of interior exterior paint and dent repair
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team of skilled technicians
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience managing production goals and performance metrics is a plus
