Job Summary

- Support teachers in the effective delivery of our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum and ensure developmental appropriateness across all classrooms
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback modeling and coaching to promote continuous improvement
- Assist in lesson planning classroom setup and daily curriculum implementation
- Lead curriculum-related staff trainings enrichment activities and school events
- Partner with the Center Director and leadership team to maintain curriculum compliance and educational excellence
- Build relationships with families and staff to support a collaborative high-quality learning environment
- Be willing to step in classroom when teachers call out.
- Have a passion for early childhood education and teacher support
- Have at least 2 years of classroom experience in a preschool or early learning setting (required)
- Hold an associate or bachelors degree in early childhood education or a related field (preferred)
- Have strong organizational communication and coaching skills
