Foundation Health Partners is actively recruiting an ambitious Physician Assistant to join our Outpatient OB/GYN Team.

The Opportunity:

Foundation Health Partners OB/GYN provides compassionate care tailored to the needs of women throughout every stage of life. Within the FHP OB/GYN clinic we offer fully equipped facilities for outpatient obstetric and gynecologic services including annual exams birth control counseling prenatal care and menopause support. Our patient-centered team focuses on prevention early detection and ongoing management of womens health conditions. As part of our group you will help deliver high-quality care that supports the well-being of women across Fairbanks and surrounding communities.

  1. Compensation: Starting at a base of $147112 compensation can be further adjusted based on experience. Additional opportunity to increase earnings through productivity. $40k sign-on bonus.
  2. Schedule: M-F outpatient clinic. No night call. Weekends & holidays off. 7 weeks ATO 2 weeks CME.
  3. Patient Panel: Offering a variety of female patients seeking wellness support in the outpatient setting.
  4. Team: A highly motivated and dedicated team consisting of 2 OB/GYN physicians 1 RN and 1 MA.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be approved to practice by the State Joint Board on the Regulation of Physicians Assistants. NCCPA certification required. Exhibits an exemplary professional demeanor and interpersonal relationship skills.

Demonstrates proficiency in computer applications and database management. Must have sufficient experience confidence and judgment to function with little outside direction. Ability to maintain CME currency as required to maintain NCCPA certification. Requires personal DEA license.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced degree preferred. ACLS PALS ATLS and/or Neonatal Resuscitation certifications are desirable.
