About the position
As the Internet Sales Manager you will ensure that customers experienceThe Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car by overseeing and developing the sales staff. Youll manage high-volume online automotive sales convert digital leads into completed deals work with lenders and drive performance across the sales operation. This role requires proven experience in the automotive internet sales environment and the ability to perform with little to no training usingHoneyCars simple process transparent pricing and strong inventory.

Qualifications
- Proven Automotive Sales Management or Finance Management Experience is Required
- Proven Internet Sales Experience in the automotive industry is Required
- Have an enthusiastic attitude with high energy throughout the workday
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be a great communicator with customers and team members
- Persistent competitive and have a good work ethic
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Entrepreneurial and ambitious spirit
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Schedule
- Day shift
- 5 Day work week
- Off Sundays
