The Facilities Electrical team supports safe reliable and compliant operation of high- medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution systems across theBoise Idaho site. The team partners closely with Operations EHS Construction and Engineering to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing support and system integrity.

The Senior High-Voltage Coordinator Lead oversees the technicians and professionals responsible forcoordinatingmaintaining troubleshooting andoperatingelectrical infrastructure for the ID1 site. This role provides technical leadershipincluding employee performanceenforces safe work practices andmaintainsstrong systemreliability and procedural compliance including oversight of electrical switching andCoHE/LOTOprocesses.

Responsibilities

-Team buildingleadingand developingcoordinators andelectrical technicians responsible for installation maintenance troubleshooting and repair of site electrical systems.

- Oversee electrical switching procedures switching events andCoHE/LOTO compliance.

- Ensure safety policy adherence JHA/JSA review and accuracy of procedures certifications and training.

-Monitorelectrical system health drive reliability improvements andleadcorrective action initiatives.

- Coordinate electrical outages support operations and ensure clear pass-down and communication across shifts.

Minimum Qualifications

- Knowledge of high- medium- and low-voltage electrical systems and applicable electrical codes.

- Experience leading electrical switching operations and applying safe electrical work practices.

-Strong communication organizationalleadershipand problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience developing procedures documentation and improvement initiatives.

- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (highly preferred) and/or industrial/commercial electrical experience.
