The Team:

As a Scrum Master youwillbe responsible fordriving technology projects and delivering project outcomes negotiated with thebusiness owners and product managers.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Our Solution Delivery team supports multiple value streams for the business andas a member of this team you will have the opportunity to have an impact acrossthe entirety of S&P Globalbydeliveringinnovativesolutionsforourbusinessstakeholdersacross divisions.As an experienced ScrumMasteryou willhaveastrong understanding of Agile principles excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams ensuringworkis sufficiently definedstays onscheduleandis free fromimpediments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide insight on best practices for high performing teams in the delivery of technologyprojects ensuring team actions are aligned with project goals.
Leadtechnical delivery on team(s) and projectsusing agilemethodologiesi.e.Scrum/SAFe.
Document and managedeliverablesmilestonesandriskscommunicatingout and up to stakeholders withfocuson continuous improvement.
Lead daily scrum meetings iterationplanningreviewsandretrospectives.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver work.
Participatein the scoping of proposed enhancements.
Work with ProductOwners Business AnalystsDevelopers and Architectsto turn business requirements intowell-definedfeatures anduser stories.
Assistin the identification and resolution of dependencies and risks across teams.
Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
Encourage a continuous learning environment to strengthen the teams understanding of Agile/SAFeconcepts and principles.
Ensure transparency and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
Facilitate and supportSAFeceremonies such as PI (Planning Interval) Planning System Demos and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across the Agile Release Train (ART).
Support the implementation ofSAFeprinciples and practices within the team and organization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology Engineeringor related field.
KnowledgeofAgile frameworks (i.e.ScrumSAFe Kanban).
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master coaching technologyteamsin a data driven environment.
Excellent communication presentation leadership interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Skilled in managing stakeholder relationsstrong problem-solvingskills attention to detail and team management skills.
Proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish working collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or experienceofleading scrum teamsfocused on Salesforce solutions.
Certifications includingProfessional Scrum Master(PSM)Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) orSAFe Scrum Master.
Experience working in Azure DevOps or comparable systems.
