We are seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Consultant to join a strategic digital marketing engagement with a leading UAE-based insurance client. This hands-on role will involve executing email campaigns automation workflows and customer journeys while ensuring compliance with data governance and PDPL regulations. You will work closely with a Senior Consultant gaining exposure to enterprise-level SFMC campaigns and advanced marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute SFMC email campaigns journeys and automation workflows under the guidance of a Senior Consultant.

Manage data extensions imports/exports and segmentation using SQL.
-
Implement dynamic content and AMPscript personalisation in campaigns.
-
Conduct A/B testing monitor results and assist in campaign optimisation.
-
Generate campaign reports and dashboards (weekly monthly real-time).
-
Ensure campaigns comply with PDPL consent management and data governance standards.
-
Perform QA and testing for email rendering across devices and clients.
-
Maintain campaign documentation editorial calendars and workflow logs.
-
Collaborate with Senior Consultants to ensure high-quality delivery and compliance.
Required Skills & Technologies:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Email Studio Journey Builder Automation Studio

Intermediate SQL for segmentation and reporting

Basic AMPscript for personalisation

HTML/CSS for responsive emails

Reporting tools: SFMC Analytics Builder Excel dashboards

Knowledge of consent management and data governance

Experience with bilingual campaigns (English/Arabic) preferred

Familiarity with cross-channel integration (Meta/Facebook Ads CRM sync) is a plus
Experience Requirements:
