JOB DESCRIPTION
The Presales Engineer will be the technical cornerstone of Dessias commercial team responsible for demonstrating the platforms value to prospective customers supporting onboarding and ensuring a smooth transition from proof-of-concept to production use.
You will work closely with sales product and engineering teams engaging directly with engineering teams and decision-makers to translate complex technical challenges into clear AI-driven solutions.
Dessia is a fast-growing French startup developing an AI-powered platform combining AI and robotic process automation to reduce product development cycles (up to 70%) while delivering accurate first-time-right results. The solution integrates with existing PLM and CAD environments and supports global OEMs across automotive aerospace and defense.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver impactful product demonstrations to engineering teams technical leaders and business stakeholders.
Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor technical solutions accordingly.
Support customer onboarding and deliver technical training to ensure successful adoption of the platform.
Act as the technical bridge between customers sales and internal engineering teams.
Contribute to the development of technical sales assets demos and best practices.
Support strategic partnerships and participate in customer and partner meetings.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
The role can be remote within France with Paris preferred.
Occasional travel within Europe is expected to meet customers and partners.
