Key Responsibilities主な職務内容

• 半導体製造工場におけるBCP戦略の策定更新
• リスク評価自然災害設備停止物流障害などと影響分析
• 緊急対応手順復旧計画の設計改善
• 各部門との連携によるBCP訓練シミュレーションの企画実施
• サプライチェーンの冗長化代替調達計画の策定
• BCP関連の法規制業界標準への適合確認
• KPI設定と定期レビュー改善提案

Required Qualifications必須要件

• 工学情報システムリスクマネジメント危機管理または関連分野での学士号または同等の専門知識
• 製造業におけるBCPまたはリスク管理の実務経験3年以上
• プロジェクトマネジメントスキル
• 日本語英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
• データ分析レポーティングスキル

Preferred Qualifications歓迎要件

• 半導体業界での経験
• ISO 22301事業継続マネジメントに関する知識
• EHS環境安全衛生やサプライチェーン管理の知識
• 危機管理災害対応の実務経験
