- Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to electrical mechanical and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to emptying trash cans and ashtrays sweeping walkways picking up litter and arranging outdoor furniture.
- Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Frequently uses hands reaches with hands and arms.
- Regularly climbs balances stoops kneels crouches crawls stands walks sits.
- Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions near moving mechanical parts fumes or airborne particles.
- Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.
- No certifications or licenses are required.
- Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
