We are seeking a professional with strong Salesforce development experience to design develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform supporting client management and daily business operations. This role is responsible for delivering scalable secure and high-performing solutions while ensuring data integrity and adherence to best practices.
The position involves participating in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering solution design implementation testing and deployment. The professional will also maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications build integrations with external systems and collaborate closely with Salesforce Administrators and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop test and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and related technologies.
Participate in requirements analysis technical design development testing and production deployment.
Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications to ensure performance and reliability.
Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and web services.
Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce security standards governance policies and development best practices.
Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and processes.
Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents user guides and release notes.
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend enhancements when appropriate.

Hands-on expertise with Apex Visualforce and Salesforce development tools.
Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model (standard and custom objects relationships and fields).
Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration tools.
Experience with low-code automation tools such as Salesforce Flow (Process Builder experience is a plus).
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and jQuery.
Experience working with APIs and web services.
Basic additional programming experience is considered a plus.
