Job Summary
Shifts: 4 on 4 off (across 7 days) 6pm6am

This role is perfect for people leaders such as Store Managers Assistant Managers Shift Leaders Hospitality Managers or Duty Managers who love supporting & developing teams and creating a positive culture. No experience in manufacturing or warehousing is required. We will provide full training for you!
As a Production supervisor you will report into the Production Manager while leading a team of Section and Team Leaders on shift to deliver the perfect Gousto box to every customer on time every time.
Core Responsibilities
Lead and Inspire your team - Youll support with the running of the shift alongside the management team leading energising team briefs building an inclusive and motivating culture and coaching your Section and Team Leaders to be their best. Youll also support key people processes such as recruitment performance conversations and investigations
Champion Safety and Wellbeing - Just like running a store or venue safety is non-negotiable. Youll make sure everyone follows safe working practices and that our teams feel supported throughout the night.
Drive Operational excellence - Youll keep the operation running smoothly by ensuring food safety (GMP) standards are met and equipment checks are carried out. Our pick-by-light automation and warehouse systems are straightforward to learn well train you to use them with confidence.
Hit the targets that matter - Much like managing store KPIs youll focus on delivering against our key metrics including OTIF Stock management and Efficient labour and picking performance. You will use data and systems to identify improvements and support your team to deliver excellence.
Own Stock Flow - Youll oversee all stock movements throughout the shift both physically and within our Warehouse Management System making sure everything is accurate and accounted for.
Who You Are
Were looking for a confident hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and has experience managing large teams whether that be in retail hospitality customer-facing operations or similar settings.
You will bring:
Excellent people leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing others
Strong organisational skills able to plan ahead and adapt quickly
A forward-thinking solutions-focused mindset
Brilliant communication able to engage teams and deliver clear motivating briefs
KPI and performance management experience you know how to get results through people
Comfortable using systems data or dashboards (well train you on ours)
