HowYoullMake an Impact:
Drive new customer acquisition with a hunter approach to expand our market presence in cosmetic industries
Manage significant deal volume and target account pipelines
Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting prioritized opportunities
Respond to inbound lead generation leverage sales experience and skills to close new accounts
Leverage knowledge of Personal Care industry and sales experience to establish credibility with current and prospective customers cultivating relationships with key stakeholders
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and competitors
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to inform managements strategic decision-making and to reflect appropriate management of the territory and sales pipeline
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to win new business
Actively participate in strategic industry seminars trade shows and conferences to establish new contacts generate leads and stay informed about Personal Care industry developments
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering (Chemical Mechanical Industrial Science) or related field
6 years successful technical sales or outside sales experience utilizing a consultative sales approach
Ideally prior experience working in industrial environments (in Personal Care)
Willingness to travel in europe
Strong interpersonal intercultural & relationship skills
Language: German and English
Analytical skills combined with an inquisitive nature strong learning agility and a proactive hands-on approach
Project management organizational and planning skills
