Project Manager (mfd) Industrial Construction Projects

• Manage overall project cost schedule and budgets.
• Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
• Analyse track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
• Run and lead client and other required meetings.
• Identify the factors that influence construction costs and monitor and report on this data.
• Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction.
• Advocate on the part of the client during disputes disagreements modifications or change orders.
• Oversee and manage the transfer of the building operations to the client including all close out documentation and warranties.

Qualifications :

• A degree in civil engineering architecture or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the relevant fields including strong expertise in industrial construction.
• Proven experience in leading or comanaging complex largescale projects and programmes.
• Extensive knowledge of modern leadership practices paired with excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills as well as a balance of assertiveness and empathy.
• Fluent German and English language skills both written and spoken.
• Confident use of MS Office applications and spreadsheet tools.
