Guest Services Opportunities (SpringSummer 2026)

Always ready to lend a helping hand with a smile as a Guest Services Attendant you will greet guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel. Your passion for hospitality and your respect for our guests belongings will ensure they feel welcome from the moment they step onto the driveway creating a lasting impression.

Starting Rate: $22.82

Our hotel will prioritize any candidates who are available from May September 2026

Job Duties Include:  

• Managing the front driveway by assisting arriving and departing guests with parking and retrieving their vehicles while delivering exceptional service.
• Helping with the loading and unloading of luggage to and from guest vehicles.
• Ensuring timely delivery of guests luggage messages and any other items within the hotel.
• Providing a professional friendly and engaging orientation to guests about their rooms.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Must have a Class 5 Drivers License in good standing 5 year drivers abstract dated within 30 days
• A service-focused personality is essential; customer service experience is an asset
• Must be able to lift and push 70lbs and be able to be on your feet for 8 hours
• Must be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
• The ability to drive both automatic and standard vehicles is an asset

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.

You may be required to work on holidays weekends overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you can meet these requirements as needed.
