The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) III will:

  • Manages daily operations with minimal supervision for multiple complex clinical trials acting with autonomy to implement protocols recruit patients collect data ensure compliance (ICH/GCP)
  • Coordinate study visits/samples/drugs monitor safety manage documentation (source/eCRF)
  • Troubleshoot issues requiring advanced skills in project management critical thinking and collaboration with investigators and teams.

Qualifications :

  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario .N. preferred
  • Three (3) years clinical and/or professional experience preferred
  • Three (3) years clinical research experience preferred. May consider candidate with less experience to start with a lower position and promote to CRC III
  • Must have experience to perform patient assessment and venipuncture good at initiation of IV needle and maintenance of intravenous therapy
  • High interest in clinical research and willing to learn how to conduct a clinical trial
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex clinical study protocols an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet challenging study timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work both independently and in a team environment with minimal oversight
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in submitting REB & Health Canada applications an asset
  • Knowledge of IATA shipping regulations and laboratory procedures an asset
  • Familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines an asset
  • Data management monitoring and maintaining experience an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy (Outlook Word Excel Power Point)
