IT Operations Manager

• Coordinates and steers all operational processes relating to the specific IT solutions products and services including escalations incidents problems standard service requests maintenance reporting and management of all relating operational units in close alignment with the relevant stakeholders. 
• Secures transition integration and deployment of an organized and managed application support and maintenance with the decided commercial application support integration scenario.
• Suggests and promotes service and quality improvements to continually improve quality and customer satisfaction for the specific IT solutions products and services.
• Takes responsibility for maintaining operational documentation and configuration based on templates and regulations by adapting ITIL and industry best practices in alignment with the respective Center of Excellence.
• Provide advice and recommendations based on expertise and experience to address client needs.
• Investigating business situations to define recommendations for improvement action.
• Manage the provision of technology-based services to meet defined organizational needs

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
• Language: English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent)
• Deep knowledge of ITIL framework with hands-on experience implementing key processes such as Incident Change Release and Service Management.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing enterprise monitoring alerting and observability tools (e.g. Grafana).Capable of establishing end-to-end monitoring strategies aligned with IT operations best practices
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant technical concepts principles and practices within a specific domain or area of expertise.
• Possesses strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear structured and persuasive manner to various stakeholder
• Previous experience in leading user/customer and group collaboration throughout all stages of work.
• Ability to independently identify analyze and resolve complex issues/problems to restore full system product or process functionality exercising sound judgment and knowing when to escalate matters to higher-level stakeholders.
• Strong decision-making skills that directly support business objectives ensuring tasks and challenges are managed effectively to contribute to overall organizational success.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform logical and systematic analysis to identify the root cause of issues.
• Proven capability to apply structured methods when analyzing failures and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Strong ability to clearly articulate and present ideas and concepts to diverse target audiences in a convincing and structured manner.
• Skilled in maintaining a positive appreciative tone even in challenging or high-pressure situations.
• Excellent active listening skills to understand others perspectives behaviors and intentions enabling effective communication and collaboration.
