Reporting to the National Sales Manager Haemophilia (NSM) in the referring Business Unit Area the Haemophilia Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible to define the Field force business plan that include detailed account plan; she/he will be accountable for its implementation by involving and driving the cross functional Haemophilia team (Medical Access Community Engagement Marketing and Supply Chain). He/she is responsible for scientific informations related to SOBI products and of the execution of marketing activities in alignment with the commercial strategies of SOBI. He/she is responsible together with the NSM in terms of turnover of its related business in the related area. He/She is responsible together with RAMs to follow the Sobi Products local MKT access (e.g. inclusion into Hospital formulary)
Key Responsibilities
- Developing products and ensuring updates on the SPC and awareness on the disease by involving HCPs in dialogues about clinical evidence approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescription to appropriate patients.
- Inform Hospital Pharmacists about Sobi product characteristics
- Identifying scientific educational needs of HCPs
- Achieving the objectives defined and agreed with NSM based on continuous talk to grow dialogue oriented to develop the own business acumen and effectiveness
- Being Accurate in reporting forecasting sales by single purchase/account analysis monthly and proactively
- Mapping and understanding the needs at account level
- Identifying the appropriate profile to be involved in territory activities
- Executing the Account Plan based on segmentation and targeting
- Executing marketing launches of new products
- Attending to the regular meetings on sales and scientific updates.
- Support the RPAM on the management of hospital tenders and/or any other need at account/hospital level related to access matters.
- Working proactively and cross functionally with Access Team and NSM to ensure the Regional Market Access of SOBI haemophilia products as soon as possible
- Identifying Market Access needs risks and opportunities in his/her assigned area;
- Building connection and professional relationship with local stakeholders
- Showing constantly business acumen by ensuring the update knowledge of market dynamics.
- Attending to local/regional/national Congresses conferences scientific events based on marketing plan
Qualifications :
- At least 2y of relevant experience (in the therapeutic area is preferred);
- Bachelors Decree qualifying the profession of the Pharmaceutical Scientific Information (art.122 law 219/06)
- Driving licence;
