Job Summary

Overiew:

Senior SAP FS-CM Consultant specialised in claims management responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end claims processes while ensuring operational efficiency and excellent customer experience. The role is key in digital transformation initiatives in insurance.

What are we looking for

Lead functional design and implementation of SAP FS-CM;
Define and configure claims registration lifecycle management assessment approval settlement payments and recoveries;
Ensure integration with FS-PM FS-CD and SAP FI/S/4HANA;
Produce functional documentation; support technical teams functional testing and business UAT;
Act as senior consultant and functional reference;
Contribute to process optimisation and automation;
5 years in SAP Insurance
Strong hands-on FS-CM experience
Deep knowledge of claims processes
Experience in regulated environments
Proven SAP end-to-end implementations;
Nice to have: FS-PM FS-CD FS-ICM; digital channels; SAP BTP/workflow services.
