About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Senior Data Analyst to join our this role you will transform raw data into actionable insights that help shape the future of iCliGos travel technology products. You will work closely with stakeholders across Product Marketing and Operations to identify opportunities measure performance and support data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect clean and analyze large datasets from multiple sources;
- Build dashboards reports and visualizations to track KPIs and business performance;
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends patterns and opportunities;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and provide data-driven recommendations;
- Support product development with insights into user behavior and travel industry trends;
- Ensure data accuracy reliability and integrity across reporting systems.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Economics or related field;
5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role;
Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Looker);
Ability to build dashboards and analyse data from scratch;
Solid knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and experience with Python or R for data analysis;
Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery Snowflake Redshift);
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders;
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a small team while being autonomous and pro-active.
