Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Market Data Coordinator to support market research and advisory teams through the collection verification and maintenance of market and property-related data. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate timely and reliable market information to support business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Source update and maintain listing availability and market data within internal database systems.
Review and enter transaction and deal-related information into internal platforms.
Research collect and validate market lease and sale comparable data provided by internal teams.
Contact industry professionals and stakeholders to gather and confirm relevant market information.
Attend and participate in internal meetings to capture and input discussed data accurately.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of all required data entries within internal systems.
Collaborate with interns or temporary team members and review their work to ensure data accuracy and quality.
Support ongoing data integrity and quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
Post-secondary education preferred.
Minimum of one year of experience in a business administrative or office environment.
Familiarity with market data property-related information or industry terminology is considered an asset.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based research tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
