You are An Editorial Designer.

Location: Toronto

This role prioritizes precision speed and polish and expects consistently high-quality work. You will bring visual storytelling to life by transforming content into polished on-brandproposals. You will be expected to work from the downtown Toronto office for a minimum of three days per week.

What Are Your Responsibilities

Design format andfinalizehigh-stakes proposals inPowerPoint

Turn rough content into clean professional on-brand documents fast

Apply layouts styles tables charts and graphics with absolute consistency

Catch errors others missformatting alignment spacing numbers and text

Handle last-minute changes calmly and accurately under tight deadlines

Must have:

A strong portfolioshowcasingeditorialsamples frompreviousroles especially proposals presentations and document-based work

3 years of experience asaneditorialor proposal designerin an agency corporate or consulting environment

Advancedproficiencyin PowerPoint WordKeynoteand Adobe Suite

Strong understanding of layout visual hierarchy typography and branding

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

What Type of Qualities and Qualifications Should I Have

Expert-levelPowerPointskills

Extremely fastobsessively detail-orientedwork style

Proficiencyin written English

Strong eye for design hierarchy and readability

Highly technical understanding of styles templates and document structure

Accuracyabove all elsethis is mission-critical work

The Canada base salary range for this position is$60000 - $70000.Our salary ranges aredeterminedby job and level. Within the range individual compensation isdeterminedby job-related skills and knowledge relevant experience including professional and lived experience and/or work location.
