About you and this role

The Opportunity: Enabling Enterprise Solutions Through Technology.We are seeking anAssociate DataAnalystto join Dows Analytics & AI Hub (AAIH) this role you will work closely with project teams todevelop deploy andmaintainsoftware and analytics solutionsthat support enterpriseobjectives.

You will play a critical role in ensuring successful delivery of initiatives tied to DowsAI CatalystandTransform to Outperformstrategies. This includes designing and executingUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) implementing improvements based on feedback andmaintainingstrong documentation standards to ensure solutions meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Associate Data Analyst should possess strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate on:

• Develop and Deploy Solutions:Collaborate with project teams to design implement andmaintainenterprise software and analytics solutions.
• Design and Execute UAT:Create user acceptance testing plans coordinate testing activities and implement changes based on UAT findings.
• Ensure Documentation Quality:Maintaincomprehensive documentation for solutions processes and changes to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Collaborate Across Teams:Work closely with developers data scientists and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Implement Continuous Improvements:Identifyopportunities for enhancements and ensuretimelyimplementation of improvements.
• Support Governance and Standards:Ensure adherence to IT architecture security and compliance standards throughout solution delivery.
• Communicate Effectively:Provide clear updates and documentation to stakeholders ensuring alignment and understanding of project progress.

Qualifications

• Education:Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Management Information Systems (MIS) ora relatedfield.
• Experience:Minimum of 2 years in IT analysis software development or related roles.
• Core Technical Expertise (24 Years Demonstrated Experience).

Your skills

• Experience withEnterprise Analytics platformsandcloud technologies.
• Familiarity withDevOps practicesandversion control systems(e.g. Git).
• Knowledge ofdata visualization tools like PowerBI (DAX PowerQuery and RLS) and basic data analysis techniques.
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC):Understanding ofdevelopment testing and deployment processes.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:Experience designing and executing UAT and implementing improvements.
• Programming & Tools:Familiarity with languages such as Python SQL or similar and experience with enterprise software platforms.
• Documentation & Compliance:Ability to create clear detailed documentation and ensure adherence to governance standards.
• Agile Delivery:Exposure toAgile methodologies and collaborative work environments.
