Job Description Summary

The Bilingual Sales Support - Parts supports the repair and maintenance of customers equipment by providing customer service to customers sales representatives and technical service representatives.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides Customer Service to Clients Sales Reps and Service Technicians by:

  • Handling requests by phone and email
  • Researching to find parts numbers for products required
  • Data entry of parts orders
  • Invoicing
  • Various other support duties
  • Ensures a safe work environment by understanding and following safety procedures and reporting injuries or unsafe acts

Qualifications and Skills:

Education and experience

  • 1 year in a customer service role is preferred

Key competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Intermediate knowledge in Word & Excel
  • Good keyboard typing skills
  • Friendly personality and excellent phone etiquette
  • Able to multitask effectively to meet daily/weekly deadlines
  • Highly motivated team player

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$47000.00 - $70400.00 Annual
