Senior Sales Manager Automation & Computer Vision (Permanent / Hybrid Montreal)
Position: Senior Sales Manager Automation & Computer Vision
Location: Hybrid partial remote onsite as needed (Montreal QC St-Laurent / Saint-Jérôme)
Structure: Permanent
Pay: Advanced: 90136K CAD Senior: 105160K CAD
Responsibilities
Take responsibility for a revenue target and define sales strategy.
Lead a small team (application engineers sales representatives) to achieve sales objectives.
Establish and cultivate a referral network to drive new revenue opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients.
Collaborate with application engineers to gather technical requirements and develop solutions.
Work with internal departments to obtain costs for components manufacturing labor and services.
Present proposals to clients and close sales (purchase orders).
Ensure seamless handover of projects to implementation teams.
Create and deploy marketing tools including website content blog articles videos and presentations.
Requirements
10 years experience in the automation industry.
5 years experience in a similar sales or sales leadership role.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (professional order membership an asset).
Strong technical knowledge in automation and computer vision solutions.
Bilingual (French and English verbal and written).
Proven leadership and ability to motivate a small team.
Excellent costing negotiation and business development skills.
Creative autonomous proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
