We are seeking professional experienced Personal Support Workers who are passionate about delivering high-quality relationship-based care in the Newmarket Aurora and Bradford communities.

We dont just fill shifts. We carefully match caregivers with clients to ensure compatibility consistency and meaningful connection.

What Youll Do

Personal care and hygiene assistance
Dementia support and companionship
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Mobility assistance and safety monitoring
Transportation to appointments (where applicable)
Supporting emotional well-being and independence

Qualifications

Valid PSW Certificate
CPR & First Aid Certification
Vulnerable Sector Check
Up-to-date immunizations (TB Diphtheria & Tetanus MMR Varicella/Zoster Hep B; Flu & COVID preferred)
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
Drivers License (asset but not mandatory)
Experience with seniors and/or dementia care strongly preferred
Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and documentation
