We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.

Role Overview

We are seeking an AML Analyst to join a financial services company operating as a German online payment institution for freelancers and small to medium-sized businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing AML/CFT alerts in compliance with regulatory requirements and client-defined procedures conducting enhanced due diligence and preparing complete analytical files.

Responsibilities

Analyze alerts in order of priority and within defined timeframes following regulatory standards and client procedures.
Conduct necessary due diligence and identify required supporting documentation to complete analysis files.
Perform enhanced AML/CFT and financial risk reviews providing a well-supported decision for each alert based on client-provided analysis scenarios.

Requirements

German at C2 level
English at B2 level
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Financial and banking knowledge (general understanding of banking systems).
Awareness of KYC and AML/CFT practices.
Ability to analyze account statements.
Experience in alert processing (clarifications homonym analysis).
Familiarity with atypical operations and suspicious transaction patterns.
Experience conducting enhanced reviews.
High dependability and strong attention to detail.
Tolerance for repetitive tasks in a fast-paced high-production environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to rotate shifts if required.

Compensation

1300 EUR gross/month 100 euros welcome bonus for the first 12 months
Performance bonus:
*10% bonus when production targets are met (up to 12% maximum bonus when overachieving (as defined in the bonus scheme))

4 weeks paid Airbnb accommodation for 1-bedroom apartment. Upon request and subject to availability: 8 weeks in 2-bedroom apartment.
Reimbursement of flight ticket (up to 300Euros) and transportation from airport (up to 40 Euros).
Assistance with finding your permanent accommodation.
Relocation cash bonus: 100 Euros in Meal voucher Visa Card after the completion of 1 month.
400 Euros loan after 1 month to cover rent expenses. Will be deducted from salary in 4 months.
