Werelooking for anEmployability Services Coordinatorto supportWork Integrated Learning (WIL)administration and employability operations.A perfect balance for a candidate withexperience in administration customer services andrecruitmentorcareer serviceswho enjoys structured process-driven work high-volume coordination and delivering excellent service outcomes.

Reporting to theEmployability Services Manager this role plays a critical coordination andstudent experiencefunction acrosswork integrated learning (placements)systemsand student support.

About the role

The Employability Services Coordinator manages theend-to-endWIL Agreement administration process while also supportingthe academic team inrecruitment-style activitiessuch as application review shortlisting and eligibility checking for student placements.

The roleoperatesin ahigh-volume SLA-driven environmentand requires strong attention to detail systemconfidenceand a proactive customer-first mindset.

This role has a hybrid working approach for a candidate based on one of ourcampuslocated cities (Adelaide SydneyBrisbaneor Melbourne). The successful candidate must have full working rights with no working hours or time length limitations.

Whatyoullown & deliver:

As anEmployability Services Coordinator you be working in a hybridarea between Work IntegratedLearning (WIL)Administration&maintainingonlineemployability toolsand reporting.You willoversee:

1. WIL Administration & Support (approx.50%of your time)

  • CoordinatingWIL administration liaising with students academics & industry partnersto support placementverification & approval

  • ManagingWIL Agreement submissions& host organisation risk assessmentsin line with policy and compliance requirements.

  • Trackingstudentsrequiringplacementsbycreating regularcustom forecasts & reports.

2. Employability Operations(approx.30%of your time)

  • Supportrelevant academic teams with the short-listing ofstudentsfor placements and industry opportunities reviewingapplications filteringcandidatesand managingeligibility checks.

  • Maintainingand managingtheCareers Connect (SymplicityCSM)portalincluding CRM & jobs board.

  • Supportingprocess improvement bystreamlining workflows and reducing bottlenecks.

  • Deliveringa consistently high-quality student-centred service experience.

3. Systems Data & Reporting(approx.15% of your time)

  • Maintainingaccuratestudent&host organisation data& agreementsinSymplicityCSM(Careers Connect).

  • UseBanner DynamicsExceland Power BIto generate reportsforecastsand insights.

4. Risk &Compliance(approx.5% of your time)

  • Coordinating the response & resolution of complaints andstudentissues calmly professionally and in line with policy.

  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure the risk assessment process & supervisor verification is completed to ensure students are completing safe meaningful WIL experiences.

  • Contributingto continuous improvement across employability systems and services.

Experience

  • Background inRecruitment HR Coordination HR Administration or Student Services(highly regarded).

  • IT skills and systems management such asSymplicityCSM(internallyknownas CareersConnect)Power BIDynamicsarehighly regarded.
