Job Summary

Join our team as an Italian-speaking Reservations Agent and be part of a fast-growing international company where your skills and enthusiasm will be valued and rewarded!
As a Reservations Agent you will be the first point of contact for customers handling inquiries and assisting with reservations. Your goal Deliver exceptional service maximize sales and ensure a seamless booking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers via calls live chat and email
- Handle more complex issues from start to resolution
- Approve withdrawals and process KYC documentation
- Carry out security checks to keep our players and business safe
- Willingness to take on relevant ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Speak and write fluently in English
- Enjoy multitasking and have strong problem-solving skills
- Are comfortable working shifts (including some nights)
- Have an interest in using AI tools to boost efficiency
- Have previous customer service experience (thats a bonus!)

Work Schedule & Contract Details:
Indefinite contract Long-term career opportunity
Flexible shifts (Monday Sunday 07:00 19:00)
Shifts vary from 4 to 12 hours
