St. Lukes Childrens Center for Neurobehavioral Medicine is seeking a BC/BE Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director and join our dynamic collaborative team. This full-time position combines clinical practice with medical directorship responsibilities.

What You Can Expect:

  • Join a clinic of 5 board-certified child & adolescent psychiatrists 2 neuropsychologists 2 clinical psychologists and 6 onsite therapists. We are supported by 4 full-time RNs a medical assistant a care coordinator and 5 administrative staff members
  • Responsible for overseeing 85 folks
  • Clinical Care
    • Provide outpatient psychiatric care for children and adolescents
    • Co-manage patients with community-based primary and specialty care providers
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and quality of care
  • Medical Directorship
    • Partner with administration to influence clinical outcomes and operational performance
    • Lead and support providers within the specialty
    • Collaborate with other specialty leaders across St. Lukes Health System
  • Integrated care model with onsite Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Neuropsychological
  • Strong emphasis on collaboration and integrated behavioral health within primary and specialty care

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board-certified or board-eligible
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Idaho
  • Preferred: Leadership experience
