St. Lukes Childrens Center for Neurobehavioral Medicine is seeking a BC/BE Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director and join our dynamic collaborative team. This full-time position combines clinical practice with medical directorship responsibilities.
What You Can Expect:
- Join a clinic of 5 board-certified child & adolescent psychiatrists 2 neuropsychologists 2 clinical psychologists and 6 onsite therapists. We are supported by 4 full-time RNs a medical assistant a care coordinator and 5 administrative staff members
- Responsible for overseeing 85 folks
- Clinical Care
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care for children and adolescents
- Co-manage patients with community-based primary and specialty care providers
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Medical Directorship
- Partner with administration to influence clinical outcomes and operational performance
- Lead and support providers within the specialty
- Collaborate with other specialty leaders across St. Lukes Health System
- Integrated care model with onsite Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Neuropsychological
- Strong emphasis on collaboration and integrated behavioral health within primary and specialty care
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Eligible for medical licensure in Idaho
- Preferred: Leadership experience
