Position Overview
The Director of Growth will be responsible for driving customer acquisition revenue growth and performance optimization across marketing and sales channels. This leader will focus on identifying growth opportunities improving funnel efficiency and implementing data-driven strategies to scale AppJaxx sustainably.
The ideal candidate is analytical performance-driven and highly execution-focusedsomeone who understands growth experimentation conversion optimization and scalable revenue systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Optimize lead generation funnels across LinkedIn outreach appointment-setting systems and CRM workflows.
- Identify and test new acquisition channels partnerships and expansion opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with sales marketing and operations teams to align growth initiatives with delivery capacity.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks and continuous experimentation to drive performance improvements.
- Improve pricing strategy offer positioning and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Build scalable systems that support long-term client acquisition and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Report directly to executive leadership with insights forecasts and growth recommendations.
