Hybrid role based in Irvine California with a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility

Job Description

• Manage family law matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings motions discovery settlement agreements judgments and trial briefs
• Represent clients in court mediations and negotiations
• Conduct legal research and stay current on family law developments
• Communicate directly with clients opposing counsel and court personnel
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality work product
• Travel to courts and offices throughout Southern California as needed
• Maintain approximately 140 billable hours per month

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California State Bar license in good standing
• 1 years of legal experience
• Strong writing research and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research platforms
