Job Summary

Top-tier power and infrastructure firm seeking a senior engineering leader to manage Extra High Voltage (345 kV and higher) overhead transmission line projects and collaborate with major utilities and internal multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
Lead execution of large EHV overhead transmission line projects
Serve as senior technical authority and engineer-of-record
Manage teams budgets schedules and design quality
Support client relationships change management and strategic pursuits

Qualifications
11 years in overhead transmission line engineering
Direct experience with 345 kV transmission lines
Strong PLS-CADD expertise
EPC or utility-facing project leadership experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
Bachelors degree in engineering required

Compensation & Benefits
$180000$200000 base salary
Annual bonus full benefits ESOP
