Job Summary

Description

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Documentation Specialist to develop accurate structured and standardized documentation for Jira Service Management and ITSM implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with consultants QA teams and delivery stakeholders to ensure all configurations workflows and architectural decisions are clearly documented and aligned with ITSM best practices.

Employment Type: Full-time employment

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
  • Develop User Guides SOPs and Operational Manuals
  • Document workflows configurations automations and system architecture
  • Create training materials to support user onboarding and adoption
  • Maintain structured version-controlled documentation repositories
  • Collaborate with consultants and QA teams to ensure documentation reflects final implementations
  • Ensure alignment with ITSM standards and delivery governance frameworks
  • Continuously improve documentation templates and standards


Requirements
  • 12 years of experience in technical documentation or similar role
  • BS / Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence SharePoint or other cloud-based documentation platforms
  • Familiarity with Jira or other ITSM tools
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong formatting structuring and information organization capability
  • Ability to understand technical configurations and translate them into clear documentation
  • Strong written communication and clarity of expression
  • High attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content
  • Effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience documenting ITSM implementations
  • Exposure to Jira Service Management projects
  • Understanding of ITIL or ITSM frameworks
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence SharePoint or other cloud-based documentation platforms
