Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter based in Pakistan who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for both local (Pakistan) and international markets. This role requires strong execution skills proactive sourcing and the ability to close positions across technical and non-technical roles.

You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to support hiring for engineering design sales marketing QA and operations roles including remote and international positions requiring strong communication and time zone alignment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: job intake JD creation sourcing screening interview coordination offers and closures
  • Handle multiple open positions simultaneously for Pakistan and international clients
  • Ensure timely hiring while maintaining candidate quality

Sourcing & Talent Pooling

  • Source candidates using:
    • LinkedIn (Sales Navigator / Boolean search)
    • Indeed Mustakbil and other local job portals
    • Referrals and internal databases
  • Build and maintain local and international talent pools for recurring roles
  • Conduct basic salary benchmarking for Pakistan and international markets

Screening & Candidate Assessment

  • Conduct initial HR and functional screenings
  • Assess candidates on:
    • Technical alignment (basic role understanding)
    • Communication skills (especially for international/remote roles)
    • Cultural fit and professionalism
  • Prepare short structured candidate summaries for hiring managers

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with:
    • Hiring Managers
    • Tech Leads
    • Operations / Delivery teams
  • Align on role priorities hiring timelines and must-have vs nice-to-have skills
  • Share weekly recruitment progress and hiring challenges

Offer & Hiring Support

  • Coordinate offer discussions compensation expectations and joining timelines
  • Support documentation and onboarding handover to HR Ops
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and basic ATS data
  • Track metrics such as time-to-hire candidate drop-offs and sourcing effectiveness
  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring workflows

Required Skills & Experience

  • 25 years of recruitment experience in Pakistan
  • Hands-on experience hiring for:
    • IT / Software / Digital roles
    • Corporate and startup environments
  • Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn and local job portals
  • Experience supporting international or remote hiring is a strong plus
  • Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in fast-paced hiring cycles

Education

  • Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration Psychology or a related field (preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with US Canada Middle East or Europe-based hiring
  • Familiarity with:
    • ATS tools
    • Contract / staff augmentation hiring
  • Basic understanding of software roles and tech stacks
