Job description:
We are recruiting a Customer Support Specialist to support customers in the UK financial services market. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in regulated environments who are confident handling sensitive financial information and delivering accurate compliant support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting UK customers with inquiries related to banking financial services or insurance products
- Handling customer interactions via phone email and digital channels
- Ensuring all interactions comply with regulatory and data protection standards
- Accurately documenting customer cases and follow-up actions
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Candidate requirements:
- C1 or C2 level of English spoken and written
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking Financial Services or Insurance
- Experience gained in Ireland or supporting the Irish market from abroad
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
This is a full-time on-site role with 24/7 rotational shifts.
Eligibility: EU citizens or holders of a valid Portuguese work or residence permit.
