Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Business Financial Management (BFM):
- Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting for the Ethnic Business.
- Monitor P&L performance identify variances and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and statutory regulations.
Commercial Strategy & Governance:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize margins and cost structures.
- Negotiate vendor contracts pricing models and payment terms to ensure profitability.
- Drive process improvements in procurement inventory management and cost control.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with Category Heads Supply Chain and Marketing teams to align financial and commercial objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
Risk Management & Controls:
- Establish robust internal controls to mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to audit requirements.
