Job Family Group Description - Creative Design:This Job Family Group includes jobs that coordinate and manage creative activities in designing and defining products styles and research and development of collections. Creates the visual and sensorial identities for our brands.

Envisages and defines style decisions for our collections brand image and any product related to our stores. Works closely with other departments to ensure brand image is aligned. Within the perfume activity defines the scent profiles for all brand olfactory products.
Speciality Description - Design:
Envisages and defines style decisions for our collections brand image and any product related to our stores. Works closely with other departments to ensure brand image is aligned. Specialties in Design are separated by product category: beauty & lifestyle eyewear jewelry leather goods (LG) ready-to-wear (RTW) and shoes.
Job Description
How will you contribute
As a Womens Footwear Design Intern your key responsibilities will include:
- Producing high-quality sketches digital renderings and presentations using Procreate Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Supporting the full development cycle: from initial ideas to prototype reviews.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining up-to-date design boards in line with calendar milestones.
- Assisting the Footwear Design Team in conducting in-depth iconographic and material research.
- Participating in the proposition of original concepts shapes and volumes and translating them into clear and impactful design proposals.
You will collaborate with:
- The Footwear Design team to build coherent seasonal narratives and collections.
- Product Development Merchandising Technical teams to ensure feasibility construction quality and alignment with brand identity.
Who are you
- Graduate from Fashion Design school with a focus on footwear
- Proficient in Procreate Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with mock-ups or 3D tools is a plus.
- Strong sensitivity to shape volume and materials.
- Understanding of footwear construction and an eye for detail and proportion.
- Curious collaborative and motivated to contribute to the excellence of Italian craftsmanship.
- English and Italian fluency required
