Job Summary

About the role

Reporting directly to the Unit Manager the Wardsperson Theatre Assistant assists in the provision of high quality and at times labour intensive support services in our surgical suite.

We have a permanent part time opportunity available based at our St Vincents Hospital Lismore Campus.

To be successful applicants will need to possess the following:

Proven time management and organisational skills within a multi-disciplinary team environment;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate effectively with a diverse range of patients residents and caregivers;
Demonstrated knowledge of the principles governing WH&S Infection Control Quality Improvement Waste Management;
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

National Criminal History Check (NCHC) obtained within the past twelve (12) months
