The Role
This position is the first point of contact for the business while also supporting the accounts team. The role combines front-of-office reception duties with accounts payable administration ensuring invoices and documentation are processed accurately and visitors and calls are handled professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the front desk including answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
- Handling deliveries and coordinating couriers
- Processing supplier invoices in MYOB and ensuring documentation is accurate
- Following up approvals and assisting with invoice processing in Procore
- Sending subcontractor remittances
- Ordering and managing office stationery supplies
- Assisting with PPSR checks and bank guarantee records
- General administrative support filing and email management
About You
- At least 2 years experience in reception administration or accounts support
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communication and customer service abilities
- Experience using MYOB and Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Exposure to the construction industry will be highly regarded
