In the role ofAssociate Employee Communications you will join theEmployee Communicationsteamthatsdoubling down oncustomer obsessionmoving with speedkeeping it simpleowningitandwinning together.
Each dayyoullgoabove and beyondto:
Plan and executeactivities aligned to NABs Communications plan
Develop integrated communications and messaging tailored to diverse audiences
Influence and engage stakeholders andprovidetrusted advice
Collaborate across Corporate Affairs and the wider organisation for consistent messaging
Bring fresh innovative approaches that build trust and drive change
Use data insights and proactively manage risk

Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes
Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Tertiary qualifications in Communications or related field (preferred)
