Job Summary

Role Summary:Beach Park dishwashers ensure that restaurant tables are empty and ready to receive patrons.

Duties:

Must be willing to accept the most effective role asdeterminedby management.

Makes guest service and guest satisfaction a priority in every aspect of the job.

Sort and rinse dirty dishes glasstablewareand other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send throughdishmachine.

Load and unloaddishwasher.

Wash potspansand trays by hand.

Sortstackand store clean dishes in proper areas.

Sweep up trash around the back ofhouse.

Remove trashtodumpster.

Mops any spills to ensure that kitchen floorsremaindry.

Mustmaintaina clean organized work area and complete end-of-shift cleaning duties.

Qualifications:

Mustbe 18 years old.

Must have or be willing to obtaina Food Handlers Certificate.

Physical Requirements:

Walkingto and from your entire assigned area and stairs when necessary.

Standing for extended periods of time.

Must be able to withstand direct and indirect exposure to sun and heat for extended periods of time.

Must be able tolift upto 50lbs.

Mustfrequentlyuse armshandsand fingers to reach and handle tools and controls.
