Big-D Construction is looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join our team of professionals. This role will be based in Salt Lake City UT.


Experience/Training:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Business school Associates degree or equivalent is a plus
  • 3-4 years of construction experience required

Critical Skills:

  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Able to resolve problems and discrepancies efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Industry knowledge

Duties Responsibilities and Expectations: (other duties may be assigned to meet business needs)

  • Project compliance procurement tracking auditing and renewal as needed
  • Maintenance of Salt Lake SharePoint site pages updates and agendas
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
  • Prepare reports and dashboards as needed
  • Support project life cycle tasks and tracking
  • Schedule meetings prepare agendas for the group
  • Auditing Procore tools as needed
  • Track business operational tasks deadlines and deliverables
  • Administrative tasks as needed

  • Regularly required to sit talk and/or hear
  • Regularly required to work with a computer interaction via email and phone.

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision the ability to adjust focus and color vision

  • Work is performed during regular business hours 8am to 5pm
  • The noise level in the office work environment is usually quiet to the field the noise level may be moderate to loud.
  • Will be required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to safety hazards when on job sites.
