Location: Onsite UKbased Remote Support

Hours: MondayFriday 08:0017:00 (40 hours per week)

About the Role

Were looking for a proactive and customerfocused AV Support Specialist to deliver exceptional onsite and remote technical support for our UK operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment enjoys solving complex issues and takes pride in providing a seamless technology experience for end users.

Youll act as a key technical resource for our onsite office while also supporting our global teams remotely. The position requires strong communication skills a servicedriven mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Onsite Support

  • Provide handson technical assistance to staff including hardware software and peripheral troubleshooting.
  • Support meeting rooms AV equipment workstation setups and office technology.
  • Maintain and deploy enduser devices ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Work onsite MondayFriday 08:0017:00.
  • Offer afterhours support when required for urgent or businesscritical needs.

Remote Support Services

  • Deliver remote technical support to our Global Office (UKbased).
  • Provide timely professional assistance via phone email and remote tools.
  • Troubleshoot issues across Windows macOS mobile devices VPN collaboration tools and enterprise applications.
  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation and follow established workflows.

What Youll Bring

  • Experience in a desktop support service desk or AV environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware software and network connectivity.
  • Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems and SLAdriven workflows.
  • Excellent communication and customerservice skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • A calm solutionsoriented approach under pressure.
  • Willingness to support afterhours needs when required.
