- Support meeting rooms AV equipment workstation setups and office technology.
- Maintain and deploy enduser devices ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

- Offer afterhours support when required for urgent or businesscritical needs.
Remote Support Services- Deliver remote technical support to our Global Office (UKbased).
- Provide timely professional assistance via phone email and remote tools.
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows macOS mobile devices VPN collaboration tools and enterprise applications.
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation and follow established workflows.
What Youll Bring- Experience in a desktop support service desk or AV environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware software and network connectivity.
- Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems and SLAdriven workflows.
- Excellent communication and customerservice skills.
