What Youll Do
You dont need prior experiencewell teach you everything you need to know!
Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting customers and getting them excited about working with us
- Helping schedule service appointments (super easywell train you!)
- Creating repair orders quotes and invoices
- Keeping customers updated with friendly clear communication
- Logging customer concerns for our tech team
- Learning how to recommend helpful service work accessories and upgrades
- Making sure the service department runs smoothly and on time
